Lawless Harley-Davidson and its associated businesses are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and positive-minded Social Media Marketing Coordinator to assist in planning and executing social media, marketing and product promotion activities, consistent with the goals and objectives of the dealership.
Major Duties and Responsibilities MARKETING Assists with coordinating the development and implementation of the dealership's marketing, advertising, and public relations activities.
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATION Creates audience-centered, strategic, meaningful, and engaging social media content to include photos, videos, graphics, blog posts, emails, etc.
Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products and services Monitor and facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to engagements Collaborates with other Lawless HD employees and departments to promote events, promotions and other marketing initiatives, activities, and initiatives on social media.
Responsible for managing all Social Media Platforms, including but not limited to:
Facebook Marketplace Instagram Snapchat TikTok Twitter EVENT PLANNING & SUPPORT Work closely with the A&L Manager/Event Coordinator to execute on- and off-site events to promote the dealership to existing riders and build interest in riding to non-riders Engage with the public to professionally promote the dealership's products and services to attract new customers and/or target markets at both on-site and off-site events CUSTOMER SERVICE Interact with customers via on-site and off-site events and social media.
Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to Make Things Right.
Manager the dealership CXI across all departments, to ensure we meet the required targets with an effort to exceed those targets month in and month out Other Duties - As assigned by leadership.
Apparel & Licensing Assist in covering up to 1 day per week for the Apparel and Licensing Department (Cashier) Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Commitment to fulfilling Lawless Harley-Davidson's mission and positively representing the brand both internally and externally Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills Self-directed and results-oriented Show strong teambuilding and interpersonal skills Exercise independent judgment, think critically and strategically, collaborate with others, and follow through to execute projects and program requirements Strong customer service orientation Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, features and functionality, and awareness of emerging platforms Ability to read and understand social media analytics and identify areas of success and improvement Excellent communication skills Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration.
Video editing experience preferred but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
